Google API Services and Google Ads Data

Purpose. Contuidea uses Google API Services, including the Google Ads API, to provide services requested and authorized by our clients, including advertising account management, campaign monitoring, analytics, reporting, optimization, automation, and performance analysis.

Data we may access. Depending on the permissions granted by the authorized Google account, this may include Google Ads account information, campaign settings, campaign performance metrics, budgets, ads, keywords, search terms where available, conversion information, audiences or targeting information where available, and other Google Ads data made available through the authorized account.

Authorization.We access Google account or Google Ads information only after the account owner or an authorized user grants permission through Google's OAuth authorization process.

Use limitation. Google user data is used only to provide, maintain, secure, improve, analyze, automate, and support the services explicitly requested or authorized by the client.

No sale or unrelated advertising. Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not sold, and it is not used to create advertising profiles for unrelated third-party advertising.

Security. OAuth credentials, tokens, and Google API authentication information are subject to restricted-access security controls and are not intended to be publicly exposed.

Access. Access to Google data is limited to authorized personnel and systems as necessary to provide the requested services.

Revocation. You may revoke Contuidea's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions. You may also contact us at info@contuidealab.com to request disconnection or removal.

Retention and deletion. Google-derived data is retained only as necessary to provide the authorized services and for legitimate operational, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal requirements. Upon a valid deletion request or termination of the relevant service, applicable Google user data will be deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

Google Limited Use. Contuidea's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
